Our Process begins with mechanically abrading the concrete substrate to create a fresh, clean, and rough surface for the coating to achieve maximum adhesion. Then, we vacuum the area entirely and patch all cracks/holes in the surface using an Epoxy/cabosil mix. Next, we begin applying a primer coat. Once Primer is dry, we will apply a base coat and broadcast the flakes into it. Once cured, we will clean all the excess, and loose flakes off the floor and apply a Ployaspartic top coat for maximum abrasion resistance, and impact resistance.
